This week in Nashville it was very cold. As in 4 degrees cold. No really 4 degrees. When I arrived home from the grocery store I realized I forgot to pick up any protein/meat. I honestly did not want to go back. The recipe below was motivated by the cold and created by what was in the fridge. I have always thought Udi’s Gluten Free Bread would make a good alternative to regular french bread. This recipe will make you a believer too. Hope you enjoy!
Quick Gluten Free French Pizza
6 slices of Udi’s Gluten Free Sandwich Bread
6 Tablespoons of Spaghetti Sauce/Pizza Sauce (I used Preggo Bacon & Provolone Sauce)
1/2 cup Hormel Pepperoni mini’s
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Salt to taste
Pam cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Place aluminum foil on cookie sheet
Spray slices of bread with cooking spray
Spoon 1 tablespoon of Spaghetti Sauce on each slice of bread
Top with desired amount Pepperoni and Cheese
Sprinkle Garlic Salt on each slice of bread
Cook at 375 for 5-7 minutes. Until cheese is melted.
